Scandalous Truth of disnat Charity.

The Lusaka Charity known as “disnat” was set up ten years ago by New Zealand Missionary couple DJ and Phillipa Wells. The Charity included a successful business on Makishi Road that provided funds to run the Grace Academy school in Makeni, and also attracted overseas sponsorship. Double disnat Fraud

A key part of the present activity is centred around the existence of two “disnats”. The Charity called “disnat” was set up by the Wells ten years ago and is properly called “Disciple the Nations Ministries Ltd”, a non-profit company limited by Guarantee. The second “disnat” is a Private Partnership of the two of them set up last September, and operating from the same office as “disnat 1”. Gadsden Grillo, Liquidator of disnat

Bernard Gadsden of Gadesden Grillo Accountants has taken on the Liquidation of the disnat Charity. There is no sound reason to liquidate disnat. Three months after they were sacked by Pip Wells, the Teachers are still running the school. This cannot continue without funding, but shows that the school is needed and was in no sense near to collapse.
